The name came from a friend. We have had several conversations about the Bible verses in Matthew 10 where Jesus talks about how our Father cares for even sparrows, how much more does He care for us. I want my photography to reflect His creation and His love for us.

Ready for my close up
As I was taking pictures of the ducks in the water, this little gal came walking up near me. She let me get several pictures of her before she wondered back off.
"Where's Waldo" Eagle
We drove to a nearby town to see if we could find the eagles that had been recently spotted. We found one. But he was not exactly easy to spot and a little harder to photograph from my vantage point.
Matthew 6:19-21
We saw this rusty, decaying old vehicle on a drive the other day in our much nicer and newer SUV. I started thinking about this old vehicle. At one point it was brand new. Someone invested money to purchase it and use it for this or that. And I'm sure for several years it served the person well. But now it is in someone's front lawn. It's old. It's useless. It's beaten by the elements and falling apart. We obviously do need to purchase things that we need and sometimes we purchase things for ourselves just to make us happy. But where is our heart? What do we treasure? Do we think of our eternal treasure or just the material stuff here? What are we doing to further the Kingdom of Christ?
