As we were putting in our garden our dog  would take breaks from running at full speed around the yard and rest under the apple trees.

Philippians 4:6-7

The Bible tells us many times not to be anxious, not to worry. So why do we? I suppose it's just human nature. But our Savior tells us not to worry but to pray and trust. Easier said than done but when we do pray and trust it's just so much better than being worried!
