Young Barn Swallow-waiting for mom
In June we were fortunate to watch a young barn swallow resting on our deck railing. The young swallow was waiting for one of its parents to come with lunch. We had a front row seat looking out our living room window.
Resting hummingbird
We have a shepherd's hook for some hanging flower baskets near our humming bird feeder. Often a hummingbird will fly in, get a drink from the feeder and then sit for awhile on the shepherd's hook.
